Automatic Power Factor Correction Panel

Modern power networks cater to a wide variety of electrical and power electronics loads, which create a varying power demand on the supply system. In case of such varying loads, thepower factor also varies as a function of the load requirements. It therefore becomes practically difficult to maintain consistent power factor by the use of fixed compensation i.e. fixed capacitors which shall need to be manually switched to suit the variations of the load. This will lead to situations where the installation can have a low power factor leading to higherdemandcharges and levy ofpower factor penalties.

Electromagnetic Flow Meter

Application

Electromagnetic Flow meter for bidirectional measurement of liquids with a minimum conductivity of 50 μS/cm:

  • Drinking water
  • Wastewater
  • Sewage sludge
  • Flow measurement up to 2500 m³/h
  • (11007 gal/min)
  • Fluid temperature up to +90 °C (+194 °F)
  • Process pressures up to 16 bar (232 psi)
  • Lengths in accordance with DVGW/ISO

Electromagnetic measuring devices offer you Economical flow measurement with a high degree of accuracy for a wide range of process conditions.

Measuring principle

Faraday's law of magnetic induction, a voltage in induced in a conductor moving through amagnetic field.

In the electromagnetic measuring principle, the flowing medium is the moving conductor.

The voltage induced is proportional to the flow velocity and is supplied to the amplifier by means of two measuring electrodes. The flow volume is calculated by means of the pipe cross-sectional area.

The DC magnetic field is created through a switched direct current of alternating polarity.

Ultrasonic Flow Meter

  • Ultrasonic Insertion Flow Meter ( Sensors has to be welded on Pipe Line)
  • Ultrasonic Clamp On Flow Meter ( Sensors are mounted Fixed out side along the circumference of Pipeline)
  • Portable Ultrasonic Clamp on Flow Meter ( Battery Operated Easy to carry site to site)

Applications

The sensors are perfectly suited for the non-contact measurement of pure or slightly contaminated liquids, regardless of the pressure or electrical conductivity. Suitable for pipe diameters up to DN 15 to 4000 Can used with all metal and plastic pipes lined or unlined and with composite pipes Ideal solution for applications with water, e.g. drinking water, industrial water, wastewater, saltwater, deionized water, cooling water & heating water Perfectly suitable for retrofit measurement flow monitoring improving measuring points.

Measuring Principle

The measuring system operates on the principle of transit time difference. In this measurement method, acoustic (ultrasonic) signals are transmitted between two sensors. The signals are sent in both directions, i.e. the sensor in question works as both a sound transmitter and a sound receiver. As the propagation velocity of the waves is less when the waves travel against the direction of flow than along the direction of flow, a transit time difference occurs. This transit time difference is directly proportional to the flow velocity.

ULTRASONIC LEVEL TRANSMITTER

Measuring Principle

The measuring system operates on the principle of transit time difference. In this measurement method, acoustic (ultrasonic) signals are transmitted between two sensors. The signals are sent in both directions, i.e. the sensor in question works as both a sound transmitter and a sound receiver. This transit time difference is directly proportional to the flow velocity
